Sreenidi Deccan FC have signed midfielder Lalthankhuma (Tka) ahead of the new season, the club announced on Monday.
The 24-year-old joins the Deccan Warriors after two seasons with I-League side Aizawl FC, where he made 35 appearances, scoring two goals and providing one assist.
Lalthankhuma began his professional career with Kerala United before moving to Calcutta Football League outfit Southern Samity. He later returned to his home state of Mizoram to play for Chhinga Veng FC, had a short loan spell with ARA FC, and then joined Aizawl FC in 2023.
“I am delighted to join Sreenidi Deccan FC, a club renowned for its diverse roster of young and seasoned players,” Lalthankhuma said. “I am looking forward to learning, growing with the team and giving my best to take the club to new heights.”
Chief Football Officer Fabio Ferreira said the signing aligns with the club’s strategy to strengthen its midfield. “He has been one of the standout performers in recent seasons… his arrival brings both energy and composure,” Ferreira said.
